Nigel has lived in County Durham all his life and joined PCP in February 2014 as a Programme Manager, progressing to Senior Programme Manager in July.
Nigel has 14 years’ experience working within the Further Education, specialising in community based project services; encompassing teaching and learning, mentoring and coaching through a person centred methodology. Through this work Nigel has gained significant insights relating to project management and functional management of multiple project teams.
Passionate about Social Inclusion with extensive experience of developing engagement and support arrangements to address social, educational and health inequalities within deprived communities.
Nigel relishes being part of a regional organisation which strives to improve the health and wellbeing of all.
In his spare time Nigel enjoys spending time in Southern Spain and has a passion for Spanish culture!
